My Journey to Living Unstuck
In 2018, my life changed in an instant when a concussion was diagnosed as a traumatic brain injury. What followed was frightening: auditory hallucinations, brain fog, seizures, and—most devastating—temporary leg paralysis that left me stuck for 20 minutes at a time.
Doctors ran countless tests—EEGs, CAT scans, neurological exams—but found nothing physically wrong. I kept asking myself, How can nothing be wrong when I can’t even walk?
The impact was catastrophic. I couldn’t work for nearly three years and had to relearn how to walk, function, and rebuild my life from the inside out.
Along the way, I discovered a powerful truth: emotional and psychological wounds often show up in our bodies. Stress, trauma, and burnout had weighed me down more than I realized. My body was keeping the score, and it finally forced me to stop.
Out of this breakdown came my breakthrough. I began to see the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit—and how easily we lose ourselves by giving too much to work, relationships, or past trauma.
Now, my mission is to help others live a life unstuck. I believe that without our health, we have nothing. But with healing, awareness, and intention, we can reclaim our lives and thrive. At Living Unstuck, I share what I’ve learned so you don’t have to stay trapped in pain, fear, or limitation. My story is proof that even in the darkest moments, there is always a way forward.

I guide participants through practices such as somatic breathwork and holotropic breathing—modalities designed to unlock trapped emotions, clear mental fog, and release the stress, trauma, and limitations that keep us stuck in our minds, relationships, or work. This practice opens the door to deep healing, emotional freedom, and renewed energy, helping you move from survival to thriving.
